!!!!!!! I saw the name, I get all my post e-mail, and assumed it

was the other group then read the post and thought huh? Then I looked

and saw it was in WLB!!!!! I'm soo glad you are here!!!!!!! You aren't

that bad girl. You can do it! Just have to focus on eating and water.

Or how about just picking up some light weights and moving your arms

and sitting in a chair moving your legs? Can ride an exercise bike?

It's just walking mainly right? Or how about swimming? I'm just a

pluther of ideas aren't I? LOL I'm just soo excited you're here!!!!!

My week is going ok so far. Did real good yesterday. I did weights and

stuff for over an hour then did the tread for 62 min. Today I got busy

on house work and didn't want to miss Dr Phil so I only did the tread

for 24 min. I was going to do like another 30-40 min after the show but

the phone kept ringing. First Niki then my mom, then Mike. He was

heading home early for a change! I really wanted to do more so I got on

anyway when I was talking to mom just went 3.0 for 22 min. Then Mike's

office manager called. She was mad at her b/f and said she had to

get out of there so we went to see Just Married which I found a bit

ironic, lol. It was fun. Yes, Mike is being terrible! Wont keep his

hands off me! LOL

you take care girl. i hope your feet and IBS feel better soon. I have

bowling in the morning so better get to bed.
