I found that at home or even at hospital putting a towel in a plastic bag in freezer and at night putting towel over affected parts really soothing and quickly relieved inflammation. You still need antibiotics to relieve in fection but the towels were my life saver. Nice to hear from you again. Wish you better real soon.
