In the evening with dinner I am giving:

Pro/Prebiotic

Ketoconazole

Digestive Enzyme

Carnitine

Vit D

Is it ok to give Probiotic and Keto at the same time???

If not - is it ok to give Keto in the morn with breakfast?

it is technically ok to give Keto and probiotic together, keto is an anti-fungal so it won't kill the good bacteria in the probiotic. But, I'd seperate them anyway. I like to kill the bad guys in the morning and replenish over night. I can't say whether you are supposed to seperate pre- and probiotic because I've never used prebiotic. oh, oops...I think seperating the digestive enzymes from the probiotics would be good too, as I think the digestive enzymes might eat up the probiotics, timing is tough, might do digestive enzymes with dinner and then right before bed get the pro-b's in. Also, Carnitine can be energizing, so I give it in the am just in case, don't want anything to mess with the sleep!
