Congratulations on the insurance! That's great.

Sorry to hear about his cross bite though :-(. At least it was

detected early.

> I had written a while ago when we received word that our pre-d

approved but was still holding my breath until they came through with

the check! They paid $2120.00 last Thursday!!! We paid the out of

network deductible plus the 20% so total of $780.00 without having to

go through an appeals process. I am so thankful. I was worried

because he met the criteria for Cigna in all areas but 1 which is to

be banded by 12 months of age (Jake was 16 mos at the start of the

process - 17 mos by the time he got the band)

I'm sure that helped.

getting a nasty cross bite. She told us to start having him chew on

organic licorice on the left side to strengthen his face muscles

while he is sitting with us. Sounds like we'll be looking at braces

later in life...

,

That is a nice, big chunk of the cost that your insurance paid... I

am so happy and relieved that they covered that much!!

Thank you for posting your good news. I don't know if you have

already, but you could add your data to one or both of the insurance

databases in the Database section of the group - it may provide

others with encouragement!

Take care,
