Hi,

Right now I will try to write this out. My son is just over the edge . My son's

behaviors are awful. He screams out of no where and flicks his ears behind his

neck. Pulls the dogs ears. Constantly has verbal tics or stimming in front of

his hand. In the car you don't want to be the one sitting in front of him

because out of the blue you get arms around your neck and he'll choke you. He

slaps the windows . Right now I am so stress out I cannot think of anything

else.

Now why in the heck does all these labs I have done for DAN never show a darn

thing. Never has Strep show up on a lab . Minor yeast and clostridia , I did all

the labs for the NIDS and only thing I saw was HSV6 at 1:40 and its suppose to

be 1:10 . Also the strep for the NIDS came back below normal, I feel like my

son's behaviors are never explained by the lab results. I am so done with labs.

We are going to do a 24 hr EEG next week,. Of course his MRI we did was normal.

I will bet his EEG will be normal too. Strange thing I just would love to see

some lab not normal to describe the stress I am living with.

To me I thought with strep you get verbal stims or tics and OCD. He has a

thing that his plate must be emptied with food before I can take his plate. We

have seen a DAN for over 6 yrs and still he is getting worse . I'm tired

paying for labs and a DAN and watch my son get worse. We are paying for ABA and

I wonder if we shoudl take a break since he is out of it right now. He was much

happier with RDI. He is 10 yrs old I don't know if its puberty or not . Gosh I

hope not. I would love suggestions ? Thanks for listening.

SOrry if I sound crazy but right now I am feeling stress out.

Kathy
