New Routine

I recently bought a " rowing excerciser " and a " mini stair stepper " .

I'm trying to watch waht I eat. i haven't had much of an appetite so

I'm not too worried about my eating. I came up with an exercise

routine tonite. I work out while I watch TV. I cover the clock

because the clock plays games with my mind. So....here's what I do. I

work out on the stair stepper while the show is on, when a commercial

comes on, I get off and I do the rowing exerciser to help tone my

tummy (mostly the love handle area). Then when the show comes back

on, I hop back on the stair stepper (which helps tone my legs & butt

and also provides an all over cardovascular workout).

Right now i'm only doing this workout for one half hour show. Withint

he next month or so, i want to do this 2 times a day (once during the

day and once at night) and eventually I want to up the time to 1 hour

workouts. We'll see..first I have to get myself into the habit. I

work swing shift. so when I get home at 1-3a.m. i'm on an adrenaline

rush...so thats probably when I'll do one of my workouts.

What do you think?!?
