Weighing In - Lost 3lbs :)

Yup lost 3 lbs...most likely water weight but lol better than gaining

3 lbs. Have exercised everyday...now starting to do the 5 flights of

stairs at the courthouse *where I work* during my break. Its hard

but good for me : ). A few other ladies at work are also joining

it. Drinking about 64 ozs a day of water. Been caffiene free since

Wednesday. But the diet is a little bit harder...have manage to get

breakfast and lunch down but for some reason I tend to splurge a

little more at dinner. Getting better everyday :)

Beginning Weight: 260

Current Weight: 257

First Goal: 245

Ultimate Goal: 155

Feeling Good : )
