Almond Flour from Unpasteurized Almonds

Hi all,

I am looking for a source for almond flour that is made from

unpasteurized almonds. Most of the almonds in US are required by law to

be pasterurized. It the process some chemicals are added that are not

healthy like chemical compound called propylene oxide You can read

about it more if you google the subject. Since the almond flour is

consumed in good quantity on SCD, it would be great to have source for

blanched unpasteruzied flour. It is possible to still obtain

unpasteurized almond flour from small farmers. I am trying to find a

blanched source with no success. Maybe if more of us demand, some

company may consider selling blanches variety to us.
