Guest guest
Crista, I did the exact same thing!!! That is so funny!! I, too, got so sick of cleaning that thing and I also wanted to see my little guys head. We have a mirror on the wall across from 's changing table and during his last week, I would take off his band at almost every diaper change and admire him in the mirror! Isn't that weird?! I think it is just the excitement that it is actually almost over!! I can't wait to hear that is an official graduate! Guest guest
Crista, It's kind of like the end of the school year when you feel the need to take those extra " sick " days, lol. I do remember feeling like that when we were finishing up #2 (and weren't planning on #3), thinking a few days wasn't going to make a difference if she was awake and off her head anyway. But, with two weeks left, you could still potentially gain another millimeter or two! You'll have his whole life to enjoy his round head, but you might as well get every ounce of correction you can while the thing still fits him . , mom to Hannah, DOCgrad 7/29 Cape Cod, Ma > > > Hi, > > > So in less than two weeks has his official exit casting, > pictures.....you know the drill. Guest guest
I don't blame you - I'd be the same way! But I am glad that the others have re-energized and motivated you to just stick with it diligently for the last few days. I'm so happy for you. I know looks great and will continue to grow out even more naturally. So it will be about 4 mos. total then? I think we may approach 4 mos total as well even though it is " warranted " for 3 mos only by the O & P company we go to. Not sure what is up with that... Sue Colin F. 11 mos.
