Guest guest
We aren't finished with paying for the band yet and are in the process of appealing the denial, but if this band isn't working, and her head seems to be unchanged, do we have the right to stop payment or can they come after us for payment? Part of me just wishes I could stop becoming SO obsessed with ABbeys head shape but I can't seem to, maybe b/c we are paying for something we aren't getting. I have trouble sleeping at night b/c I just stay awake thinking of what else we could do, and what I'm going to tell her ortho on MOnday, I've had to tap into my stash of Xanax just to sleep...pretty bad huh? But I am determined to get this fixed. KAtie Abbeys Mom
Guest guest
Oh , I'm not surprised about tha Xanax. I would probably not be sleeping either and tap into my Ambien stash. Be careful though. Read your contract. I think that once you accept delivery of the helmet it has to be paid for. But anything's possible...they didn't require payment in full when you first got it? I would be so tempted not to pay then but of course I wouldn't want it to wreck my credit. Just try to take things one day at a time (I know, easier said than done). I find that things always seem much MUCH worse at night when you are trying to get to sleep. Keep us posted. I await your report tomorrow... Sue Colin F. 11 mos. Guest guest
, You're paying them for a providing a service, they AREN'T providing that service. You're entitled to a FULL refund. Picture this scenario, you're driving along and you get a flat tire. Lucky for you it happened in front of a tire shop. The guy tells you he'll fix your tire, so you say ok and pay him for his service. He tells you to wait in the office, he goes to fix your flat. He returns 1/2 hour later and tells you your flat is fixed. You walk out to your car and your tire is still flat! He insists this is ok, you know it's NOT ok. This tire man obviously doesn't know anything about fixing flat tires. Wouldn't you demand your money back? It's the same thing with your baby's treatment. They aren't providing you with the service you've been paying for they owe you, your money back! How many plagio babies has this ortho treated?? Please don't give up on your baby's treatment. Do you have any other options in your area? --- In Plagiocephaly , " " <katiemammen@c...> wrote: > We aren't finished with paying for the band yet and are in the > process of appealing the denial, but if this band isn't working, and > her head seems to be unchanged, do we have the right to stop payment > or can they come after us for payment? Guest guest
Hello Please don't stop treatment all together. If you are unhappy where you are, and the issue can't be resolved than go elsewhere, but please don't stop tx.
