I got to 20 pounds from goal and just rocked back and forth with the same 5 pounds for YEARS!! I finally told myself, "Self, this is ridiculous! Why don't you buckle down and get to goal - - then rock back & forth in the 10 pound leeway?" So, in January of 04, that's what I did! Took me until May to lose that 20 pounds, but I finally did it, and like being blond - being KOPS is sure a lot more fun!! LOL Good luck with moving on down the scale this week!! It sounds truthful coming from you, someone who really has fought the battle and come through on the other side victorious. I am facing a hard week and need all the reinforcement I can get. I keep telling myself it's all a matter of perspective. And it really is. I am getting stronger every day in every way.
