Guest guest
> Hi , welcome to the group. This is a great place for motivation and support. They even let you ramble, lol. Congratulations on your loss so far, that is great! So if you need any tips or suggestions ask away, there are a lot of very informative people here. Have a great day. > > > Teri I'm hoping to find better ways of eating. Working at 's is great and I have to be highly active and I never want to eat. After making burgers all day and seeing just how much fat comes off them, I want to forget about food altogether. One of the managers there was kidding about how " people eat this kind of food as a way of killing themselves. They want someone else to cook it so they are not committing suicide. We are their killers. " After hearing that I have MAYBE one burger a week and harly eat when I get home. I do drink plenty of water and veggies are making it into my meals (when I do get to eat)more and more. Food is a curse around here. I have started to drink soda (in little shot glass sized paper cups)at work, but more and more I'm heading to the lemonade drinks. I also know not to have too much coffee. The first few days (I had one week of training just before christmas) I would come home in pain and find I had muscles I didn't know I had. Then I started work just before the new year and all that hurts is my hand and wrist. When I realized I lost weight: one of the jobs I have to do at 's is filtering the fryers. Whoever did them the night before screwed up and I had to clean grease that leaked on the floor and then pull out the whole thing.... Long story short, I was kneeling on the floor dismanteling the sucker when I realised my knees didn't hurt and I didn't hear them pop. I had hurt my right knee when I was 16 (I'm 32 now) and I was told that if I didn't lose weight that I would be in a wheelchair. No problems with the knee at the moment. I hope I never see that wheelchair! Sammi
