Guest guest
Huh ? What if you needed a quick adjustment for a red spot? How would this busy Harry handle it then? I think I would call back and ask for Harry to call you, you have a question regarding your daughters band and treatment. Receptionists have no clue! Just ask the one that works with me;)! lol Don't give up just yet! Guest guest
That is unacceptable. At the very least Harry should've gotten his sorry ass on the phone to speak with you. That is just very bad service. That receptionist has no right whatsoever to make that judgement. I, too, would call back and ask that he calls you back TODAY when he has a chance. It would help you to just hear some words of advice from him. Please don't give up hope yet. I wish I could see how it's fitting her to know what to tell you about her wearing it or not. I would hope that she is still receiving correction from it. I'm Sorry about this! Guest guest
Hi , That is definitely unacceptable. I'd call back like Dustie said and ask for busy Harry himself to call you. , mom to Hannah, DOCgrad Cape Cod, Ma > > > Well I just called the ortho to see if he wanted to see her and > the > > receptionist was like " I would just keep your appt. for next > > Thursday b/c Harry is booked solid for the next two weeks, if the > > bulging gets worse take it off til Thursday. Guest guest
, I agree with Dustie, you need to call and ask to speak with your ortho! --- In Plagiocephaly , " " <katiemammen@c...> wrote: > Well I just called the ortho to see if he wanted to see her and the > receptionist was like " I would just keep your appt. for next > Thursday b/c Harry is booked solid for the next two weeks, if the > bulging gets worse take it off til Thursday. Guest guest
Hello I'm soo sorry to hear about this. Can you take Abbey, and just go there. Refuse to leave if you are not seen? That is what I would try. Alot of times docs/providers will see you if they know that you are in the waiting area. Good luck, and don't give up. I'm soo sad to hear all these negative experiences. Banding should not be this negative.
