It is within the day and only affects that day so it is much easier to adjust than Armour. How much Armour are oyu on? I would start by replacing 1 grain with 25mcg Cytomel. See how that goes and we can work from there. Then you need to wait for some of the T4 to leave your system before changing further. So don't bother waiting for labs then? I am on 3 3/4 grains of Armour and I have not taken any today Val. I was planning to cut back to 3 1/2 tomorrow. I would need to order/buy some Cytomel and I will ask Lynda for the list, maybe this will have to come from U.S. so will take a while to get it. Do you mean have the labs done now Val? It will take a week to get some Cytomel I am guessing and about the same for labs. OK I have booked an appointment with the phlebotomist for tomorrow. I have a few weeks away from the point that the T4 levels will h ave fallen as far as they going to fall so this lots of labs will only show where I am in that process. I am wondering about stopping Armour today and if that will confuse things further. Should I take today's usual amount and then none tomorrow before visiting the doctors? But do nto stop the Armoru completely till you get T3, you do not need to go way hypo to start this, I had no problems at all transferring from Armoru to Cytomel. OK I may be able to borrow some Cytomel from a friend in the UK Val in which case I could have some tomorrow to Saturday. So I swap one grain Armour for 25 mcg T3. Does it matter what time of the day I do this? And any idea how long before feeling any benefit? I am getting excited to the prospect of feeling a bit better hope it works for me, I an sick of suffering.......
