Guest guest
Thank you Linn, I think you know I have severe IC so the juice is out and probably the reason I have low B-12 as well is bc I cannot take ANY B-vitamins bc of my bladder. I cannot take mult-vitamins bc they put B's in them and a few other things that cause serious pain for me. Sigh I thought maybe my doc might consider the B-shots for a month or two to get my level up a bit and then try B-sublingual too. I am worried about the iron issue like you mentioned. Last summer I had a reaction to taking it and that is why I haven't tried again. Tried to get more iron from foods but, since I have a Yeast issue too, probably cannot absorb much from foods. I am going to look into why I have low B-12 and iron. Well, the iron is from my very heavy bleeding each month but, the B-12? Not sure on that one....I have finally decided to have a hysterectomy this summer. Cannot deal with these periods anymore. I am also hoping that if I have Endo., which is highly suspected, it might explain some of my nerve pain with my IC. Both doctors think that maybe there is a connection, even if a small one. I have weighed this decision very heavily and am now relieved to have made it.... Lastly, I have been doing my best to reduce my HC and notice that my heart starts up every single time I try to reduce. (and, the sweating too) I am so afraid that I totally ruined my Adrenals with all this and cannot even be sure I can reduce at this point. I also have terrible jaw pain by the end of the day.....could be from dropping my T4 and Armour, sure it is but, it is so annoying to add to everything else. THANK YOU for your kindess and words of wisdom..... Guest guest
Dana, Bummer, I forgot about the IC and B vitamins not mixing well. That really sucks. See if you can talk the doc into giving you the injections. They could teach you to do them yourself, it's not hard.
