The Atkins, metabolife are not things you can do long term and when you stop doing them, you gain the weight back and then some. You have to get off the " diet " mentality. Any diet, whatever it is, works the same way, calorie reduction. Just work on habits, behaviors, lifestyle, learning to eat right, portion control, getting more exercise. Things like that is how you will lose weight for good. Also some pills can be very dangerous. If you take them at least see a doctor first and ask him/her about them.
