Guest guest
I lost 2.75 lbs. this week. This morning my scale said a turtle so I was NOT expecting a loss tonight. I ate right and drank my water every day. Here's my exercise totals: Friday: 30 minutes at physical therapy/30 minutes walking around the parking garage on my two 15 minute breaks. = 4 miles Saturday: None Sunday: 5 miles walked to, around, and from Reliant Stadium for the car show. BOY was I tired! = 5 miles Monday: 15 min walk on break, 30 min at my last PT, 60 minutes at the gym. = 7 miles Tuesday: 30 minutes walking on breaks/60 minutes at gym. = 6 miles Wednesday: 30 minutes walking on breaks/60minutes at gym. = 6 miles Thursday: 30 minutes walking around on my breaks. = 2 miles Total miles: 30 miles That's one more than last week! I am thrilled and looking forward to another loss next week. Have a great week everyone! Your TOPS Pal, Jr. "I want to be weightless flying through the air.
