Hi, Friends,

Has not been good drama going on for a week now. Ex-boyfriend back in

her life big time. Beat her up Wednesday and Thursday plus she had a fight with

a female friend. Spent Friday in the ER getting her foot in a splint. She

told the police where he was and there were warrants out on him so the cobs pick

him up and he spent the weekend in jail. His mother bailed him out Monday

morning. We do arrest them in Oklahoma but the court allows them back out. The

probation officer was out but the office said today he will be pickup as soon as

they can get the paper work done. She over dosed on oxicondan Saturday took 15

pills plus her all of her (60 tables) clonipen. I told her I would not allow

her to live in the house with the ex-con this morning. I will not provide him

shelter. She knew this was my rule. She left the house and was seen at noon

fighting with him on the streets people recognized them and called me I called

the police. We never caught up with them until tonight. He has disabled the

starter so I cannot drive the car away. I have keys and the title. Wrecker

service asked me to call the police which I did. Her name is on the title with

my name. Big mistake!! The police advised me to get her name off the title. I

am going to the bank in the morning to get them to assist me in removing her

name as they have a lien on the car. I was trying to establish credit in her

name. It has not worked well for me. The bank put my name on the title with

her name which makes me lible if they wreck the car. That what he was in

prision for driving drunk, hitting a car and injurying people and leaving the

scene of the accident. He has no driver license!!!

Saw my counselor yesterday. She pointed out I am dealing with three

problems in her: 1)the mental problems, BP, 2)she thinks like a criminal and

3)she is now using drugs. The counselor also pointed out no one but the

criminals will have any thing to do with her. Normal people do not want to be

around all this drama as we know to well. Do not know if she will land in jail

or in the hospital before the week is over.

Have been thinking tonight may have to pay off the bank and transfer

the car to her name only if I can not talk the bank into removing her name. I do

not want to loose everything with them loose drunk or high on drugs and having

a wreck or worse killing people in an accident. Guess this will be my last

lesson on trying to help her get out of the gutter.
