I use that brand of pasta now and again. Its all the fiber and protein that

gives the blood sugar reaction.

There is a newer one called Pastiala . It only comes in fettucini and I think

its slimy myself. But others love it. I'd rather do the Darielle. My spelling

is whacked this morning.

Is there a brand name you can share? Or what is it called exactly so I look for

it. I live near an organic market that would probably have something like that.

Has anyone in Canada (or Ontario) found a low carb pasta? You folks

in the US have lots of brands of stuff that we dont get up here.

Elva where in Ontario exactly? If you are anywhere near the American Border

such as Niagara Falls (i'm from NF usa) or Fort Erie, you could easily come

over here and shop at Wegmans, which is where i got the pasta!

I am about three hours north of Niagara Falls. When I do get down

that way I always cross over to NF NY and go to the outlet mall

there. But it's been a while!
