Morng Eileen...If you are interested in upping selenium, maybe you'd like to consider doing it with food? Do some internet searches to find foods high in selenium like Brazil nuts and shellfish, and I can't remember, liver and brocolli? - not sure in your case what your GI could tolerate but you could puree and or mahs the heck out of this stuff maybe...You might do better gettig it from food...
