On KCBS tonight they announced the victims names and while I don't have them

handy, they mentioned that one of the two career goals of the 19 year old

woman was to be a police dispatcher. I personally believe each person is

special

in and of themselves just because they are alive. Then there are people who

could have also been special in an additional way.
