I need something or someone to light a fire under me right now. I'm getting to the point that I dread Tuesdays because it is TOPS night. I love TOPS but I just hate going right now, it is a chore instead of a joy to have to go to meeting & weigh everyone in and listen to their excuses as why they gained weight. Why cann't they just except the fact that they gained because they did not eat right and let it go instead of standing there and making up excuses. I'll be so glad when this term of office is up and I can let someone else be the Weight Recorder. Guess I'm just burned out and fed up with all the excuses.

Sounds like you should run for leader Helon!

There's nothing like a shake up in the officers to get things rolling! We had a total change last year (well, except for leader) and let me tell ya....it's been the best thing EVER!! I would love to see the officers we have now stay that way for another year - because they are all in perfect positions - our chapter has never run more smoothly or been more fun! But even if it changes....I'll bet things would still be fabulous!

We'll be here with "matches" to light your fire!! LOL

The person who has agreed to run for leader & take it is Ex-field staff from Lousisana and I'm hoping that she will shake things up some. Our problem is most of our members are "older" and they don't want things to change. They like them the way that they are.
