Below I am pasting in the foods my kid can currently tolerate. He seems to react poorly to too much fruit and to other veggies. Unfortunately, the last two times I introduced things, I did so impatiently in casserole dishes, essentially trying three new things at once, which I know is totally evil.Based on this list of foods excellently tolerated, does anyone have a suggestion for the next food to introduce?I know I can just try anything, but I also know there are very wise people on this list with way more knowledge than me, and I also feel having this conversation will get me past my stubborn desire to make fancy dishes.Baden*ProteinsSCD yogurteggsdry curd cottage cheesealmond flour, two slice bread or wee muffin per
