Re: take me off

I ask this philosophical question: What is meant by " take me off? "

Does the petitioner wish to be taken off to the woods or to some other remote

and isolated venue and turned loose to play with the animals?

Does the petitioner wish to be " taken off " in a way that only could be

described as a sexual encounter of explosive proportions?

Would the petitioner wish to be taken off to, say the Neverland Ranch for an

outing?

The petitioner must be more explicit. The " taking off " of someone might in

fact constitute the criminal act of kidnapping, or an abduction. Merely

stating " take me off, " without explanation, could lead to consequences

unforeseen

by both the utterer of the statement and the auscultatee.

So let's not rush to " take off " this person until we know and understand

thoroughly and completely the nuances of this plea, the possible consequences of

both compliance and noncompliance, and the cost/justification for any actions

that might be carried out.

I propose the appointment of a committee to study the " taking off " of a

member here and to develop policies, protocols, and guidelines for the

implementation of this and other " taking off " requests.

In the interim, I deem it much to much risk to even consider a " taking off "

at this time.

The CE program does not include the two texts on unsubcribing.

Mr. Bledson's, Pharmacological Interactions of CISM and List Unsubscribing.

It is 49.85 through Brady.

Mr. Grady's text, HIPAA and List Subscription Management. It is 102.85

through West Publishing.

You will need to get instructor's editions for the instructor course.

Dr. Bledsoe,

Unfortunately, the National Registry and DOT curriculum has not kept up

with the current standard of practice. They are still testing on Volume 42,

which is out of print. It needs to be found in a rare books store. In the

meantime, I have a distance learning course in the legal aspects of list

unsubscriptions. It is available from my business website, www.legalripoff.com.

Should

the site be unavailable, you may credit my Paypal account for the sum of $59.01,

plus the course handling fee of $2.33.

Preregistration is required. Please present your CE transcript and middle

school report cards to ensure proper course credits.

There is also a 4.5 hour CE program you must attend. You will be

certified in List Server Unsubscribing(LSU). You can also attend the

instructors program right after the course, an additional 2 hours.

If you have a PhD or LLD, do you qualify as a " Licensed " List Server

Unsubscriber? And is it REALLY licensed, or certified?

Should we be lobbying the legislature for a LSULB (List Server

Unsubscriber Licensing Board)?

Since this listserver is national should we set up a National Registry of List

Server Unsubdcribers.

We should generate patches with NRLSU. For coporation purposes it should be

incoprorated out of Delaware.

What we ought to do is quit being such pricks and tell them how to unsubscribe.

I would tell them if I could remember. Would someone with a heart please post

the directions again.

Really pretty simple, Henry. Even a heartless old muleskinner like me can do

it. Send a blank message to:

-unsubscribe

Easy as that.

I think if you go to the Texas EMS Group homepage and look to the right side and

select " leave group " , it takes you off the e-mail list...I may be wrong, but

it's a place to start.

If I no longer wanted to receive mail from YAHOOGROUPS.COM, where would

I look to find the answer? Wow, what a overwhelmingly difficult question.

I still believe anybody stupid enough to ask should be decertified.
