I've been re-reading several studies about the use of certain dietary

oils to help reduce weight... and I'd be happy to encourage anyone to do

so, and support them with this information in the spirit of co-operation.

I've been told not to post the actual research to the group, but I can

say that according to several doctors and researchers, who also support

weight loss, most common cooking oils are a contributing factor for

weight gain, diabetes and elevated triglyceides, and that certain other

oils not only reduce heart complications, but also reduce triglycerides

as well.

As luck would have it, these same oils also increase metabolism to speed

weight loss.

We cook everything with cooking spray but my dietician told me to add in

some olive oil because it helps cholesterol levels.
