Have you removed dairy? That would probably be a good start for you.

Jeanne -

Both of my girls have leaky gut and it wasn't until we took the

(seemingly drastic) step of doing SCD - with modifications from the

usual " steps " - that my kids have both turned a great corner. One is

ADHD and the other is ASD, but both are dropping symptoms quickly. We

are only 20 days into it and the difference for both girls is pretty

incredible. It would have to be to keep up with the SCD level of

cooking ;-)

My youngest still needs something extra to help her immune system.

She still has ataxia that goes away only with 1,000 mg of Vitamin C so

I'm thinking there is either something going on with her immune system

or with her mitochondrial issue. We will continue with our DAN!

doctor and neurologist to figure that out... But the improvements on

the diet really have been incredible.
