We used TD DMPS and DMSA alternating weeks and had remarkable success. He was also taking oral EDTA once a week too. The TD creams were three days a week. His mercury porph went from 18 to 7. We chelated for an 8 week period. My doc didn't really explain much, and I was a little scared, so I left the cream on for a like 10 or 15 mins. and then wiped it off because he looked sleepy and I was scared. I think I was supposed to leave the cream on and rub it in. Make sure you find out from your doc the specifics about if you rub it in or wipe it off after a time. I didn't think about that kind of stuff until I went to apply it. Ask your doc for specific directions. I am just a mom, so I am no expert, but this was my
