Kev and Randall help me out here.

I thought I read someplace that NENA or someone was working on

something like this. I know in my state we have something for

staffing levels for police dept.'s. It is something likve 1.8 police

officers for every 1,000 in population. This is just a suggested #

not a law or anything. I wish it was, then I would not always be

running a shift with minimum staffing most of the time. Nothing like

having only two cops on duty and one gone most of the night on

ambulance calls.
