Hi Krissy,

I just looked at ph's pictures. What a cutie he is!

I am so sorry that this is happening. I can tell by looking at his

pictures that he definately would benefit by wearing a band and it is

so unfortunate that it is taking so long to get a band that fits him

correctly. It just isn't right.

Going on gut instinct (mom to mom) I think you are going to have to

get recasted, or scanned, or whatever, to get a band that actually

fits him, and will help correct the plagio/brachy. If they just

remake the band, it is going to fit his headshape from a month ago,

not his current headshape. I know the process is hard to handle, but

it is relatively short lasting, and harder on YOU than him.
