Guest guest
..... and during all of this I was thinking.... we really should have Jaana and Chickie here too. It would just add to the insanity of the whole thing. Chickie could probably be riding on Jake's back as we all try and catch Midnight. Tigger Critters!!!!! Well, heck, I just had a good time. While my dog Jake was barking because the ice cream truck was stopped next door, I went out to get him.... I don't like leaving him out barking. It would bother me. So, as I went out to get him... I had an escapee... my oldest cat, Midnight. She heads straight for the car and nicely goes under it. Now Jake is running around the car thinking it's a game. In the meantime, the other cat, KoKo is sitting in the window meowing because... "hey, the party's out there." Not a big help. Finally Midnight comes out from under the car and I grab her. I go to bring her into the house, knowing it has to be quick or else KoKo will escape. So, I'm juggling Midnight and Jake is jumping and I'm trying to get in the door quickly and..... stepped in dog poop with bare feet. Why can't my dog Eddy be like a normal dog an go on the grass... no, not him, he has to go on the driveway. So, you see, when I say it's a funhouse around here sometimes, I'm not kidding. The worse part was when I stepped in it .... and swore... my neighbors (the ones I adore) were laughing. The funny part is.... after I washed off my foot, I cracked up too. Tigger 1.
