Yay Krissy! I'm SO glad things are looking up for you guys! How

great! The digital imaging technology is indeed amazing. It's so

cool to see them like that on the computer! In Hannah's you can

even tell she was crying! We've got the head at home and most

people who see it think it's freaky b/c it looks so much like her,

lol. Happy rounding! I checked out his pics and he's so cute! Let

us know when you get the new band pics on there too.

Hi Krissy... Im so glad is doing well in his new starband. I

know the road travelled has been difficult but you'll see the worst

is over now and you guys will get the results you expect. Hope he

gets to sleep in his band very soon and the he gives you the same

hassle Ignacio gave us... which was absolutely NONE!!!

WOW! That sounds wonderful! I haven't checked the new pics yet, but

I will soon! I'm SOOOOOO happy that everything went so well for you

and . Be sure to tell Dr. Carey about this place next time you

see her. I also would have absolutely made the trip to Orlando for

Christian to have his head scanned instead of casted. Too bad we

didn't know, but it's pointless for us to fret at this point. I'm

sure you all are so relieved and now can move forward. Please keep

me posted.

I am late in replying, but I wanted to tell you how thrilled I am

hearing about your good experience going to Orlando with the

Starscanner. I know you must be relieved at how well everything is

going for . You are a great mom perservering in spite of the

obstacles, and I am so happy for .

Thank you Christie!

We are settling in now. We have the new Starband and a new Orthotist.

Both are great! The band is so much easier to take on and off.

never cries or pulls on it. He has worn it for 3 days now, tomorrow he

will be on the 8 hour shift. We met with our new Orthotist today and

she was wonderful. We had a few slight adjustments, but nothing big. I

am not suppose to see her for 2 weeks, but there are a red spot towards

the back of his head that I am watching. I think he may need a touch

up, so I will probably go back next week. He slept with the helmet on

for the first time today! He never cried and fell right to sleep. I

couldn't believe it! He is such a trooper! He is sweating a lot in it

though. I didn't feel comfortable having him wear it yet for overnight,

I wanted to see how he does with the 8 hour shift first. The longest he

has worn the band is a 4 hour stretch. So far so good!
