Are you sure that she is not really sick with the flu? I know the flu can last sometimes up to 2 weeks and it knocks the heck out of you if it is indeed the true flu. I guess, once you know whether she is really sick or not, then you would have to decide about temporary custody. Have you spoken with any attorneys yet just for your own information? That would probably be a good place to start. See what your rights are. Hopefully better there than here in RI. Thinking of you.
