leg pain, med journal

Thank you Cassy. I got a huge reminder call last night with the leg pain. I thought I was going to be fine without the LDN and wouldn't have to spend that extra $25 dollars. I keep a med journal because I was screwing up my meds and taking the wrong things at the wrong times. So I write down what meds I take when I take them and also my supplements. On that journal I started writing the pain level so I could look back and see what was working. Most nights it's been pain at a 2-3, sometimes more. But last night it was right up there at a 7. Gosh a 7. Thats pretty bad. I hate 7. Once I get to 6 I just know my

days gonna be hell. Im glad you found a good way to keep track. That is

scary to mess up with meds. I always write down on my wall clipboard

thing what time I take my pain meds.The other ones are easy. But i do

that so I dont accidentally take a double dose. I tried the pill

thingy.box thing. Didnt work all my days worth of pills wouldnt fit.lol.

hang in there.hopefully the LDN will help right away and take the pain

level wayyyyy down.
