Thanks for all the good advice. Now I have a question. Daytimers

have a great planner from keeping track of what you eat. I have

really gotten away from that. My question is that I use a PDA to

keep my calendar, addresses and so forth. Is there any diabetes

software to do the things the daytimer will for a PDA? Is there any

diabetes software for a PDA. I just want to make it a simple as I

can and to not have to carry so much stuff with me all the time. Any

ideas? Also wondering if your menstral cycle effects your blood

sugar and your intake of carbs. Just trying to figure it all out.
