Actually to those who e-mailed her saying they felt she was out of

line, the post may have been a bit long but.......things that go in our

life can and do effect our weight loss. I did not feel it was out of

line. I understood that you could have just said to yourself I'm upset

and pig out. Venting here and not pigging out was very good. On that

note, like I already said, email me! Seriously! I went through being

brought to reality a year ago with Niki my almost 19 yr old. I'll tell

you more in e-mail. It's complicated and a very long story.
