I was hungry and tired, and the kids were getting on my nerves. This is the time of day that I usually fall off the LC wagon. But I made it. DH brought home a variety of meats from a BBQ place (no sauce) and I managed to stay legal. So.... water 67 oz. plus many trips to the water fountain at the gym Upper body weights 50 minutes Lots of supplements (will take more at bedtime) Breakfast: 1 sausage patty 0 carbs. Energy drink before workout 6 carbs. (it was worth the carbs because I really miss this stuff when I don't use it) Lunch: 1 stuffed chicken breast from Schwans 3 carbs. 1/2 cup Mocked mashed potatoes (really mashed cauliflower) w/cheese 5 carbs.? Snacks: 1/2 Doctors Diet Brownie bar 1.3 carbs. 1 slice American cheese 1 carb Supper: chicken, turkey, brisket slice, 1 rib, smoked sausage (maybe a couple carbs in the sausage, but only ate 3 thin slices) a few bites green beans 5 carbs? I also wore my "whoosh" fairy pin all day, just for luck. I REALLY want something sweet and meant to make SF jello, but the day got away from me. I'm just going to go to bed. GOOD LUCK SURVIVORS!! J.
