I think meant to send this report to list but sent tit to me so here it is and two pounds is good!

Walked outside(didn't work),supplements,water-4 liters,pork rinds,broccoli,cucumber.2 egg omelet(onion+cheese),tuna salad on shredded cabbage,low carb cheesecake!,coffee-6 cups. figured carb count-19. My rationale for starting dessert up again-I stopped it and gained 1 lb.!! I'm going back to what I did before and if it's slow to go--who cares? I went from a 12 to a 10 with a 2 lb. loss but lost the inches. Thanks for posting recipes. /Alberta
