Hi Sierra,

I don't think anyone is ignoring your questions. Sometimes, we don't know

the answer, therefore we don't reply to the message. Anytime you post a

question and don't get an answer, repost the question. Also, sometimes we

just don't receive the messages. Just in the last few weeks, I was not

receiving messages so I had to go to the diabetes website to read messages.

Are you the one that posted a message, probably a couple of months ago, about

using a " heating pad " filled with rice for leg pain? If so, would you give

the directions for making them. After all this yard work, I'm probably going

to need to make one of them for myself. LOL

I don't want anyone in the group to feel " left out " . If you do, it is okay

to yell at me for attention.

hugs

Eunice

If you sew, take a wash cloth fold in half length wise sew up two sides fill

with 1-2 cups of rice sew the last opening up and you have a heating pack. Warm

in mircowave 1-2 minutes at a time until warm. Since I don't sew well, I crochet

mine closed then make a cover for it.

I love you not because of who you are, but because of who I am when I am with

you

Hi Denyse,

I'm going to do this, but I'm adding some lavender essential oil.
