Guest guest
Is anyone here on the Weight Watchers diet? I used it about 10 years ago and lost 10 pounds a month, that was before I was diabetic. Sorry now I did not work harder to keep the weight off. DR says to lose weight and has said to cut the carbs. I already walk twenty minutes after every meal. Thanks,
Guest guest
Hi , I'm doing the WW Online program and I like it a lot. The WW website is crammed with tools and information, and the message boards can be helpful sometimes. As for the Point plan, it's just too broad for me. Nothing's off limits. A lot of the recipes don't seem appropriate for diabetics. But, it seems to be working, albeit slowly. I've lost 10.5 pounds since I started in early March. I joined the day I found out I had diabetes. Pansy In a message dated 4/23/2003 1:48:09 PM Eastern Standard Time, battersb@... writes: > Is anyone here on the Weight Watchers diet? Guest guest
There is a great group on yahoo pattys-pointed recipes that has both weight watchers points and diabetic info on a lot of the recipes. Patty does require that you participate by submitting a recipe, commenting on one that you have made etc. I have gotten a lot of great recipes off of the lists Denyse I love you not because of who you are, but because of who I am when I am with you ,-._,-. \/) " (\/ (_o_) ruff!!!!!!
