Guest guest
Wow, Thanks Marilyn, I am so sorry for misleading anyone, it goes to show you than even after 3 years of being on the diet, you need to check yourself. It must be the Italian in me, I interpret thing the way I want them to be. I must have gotten lucky, I didn't have any side affects to the 1/2 & 1/2, it must be that I doubled up on the drops and let it sit twice as long as suggested. But still wrong is wrong, it wasn't till a few days ago I learned that 1/2 & 1/2 is just that, half milk and half cream, I use to think it was another name for light cream. Would you say that light cream is ok? By the way, glad to see you back in the trenches again Marilyn. All The Best, LouGet trade secrets for amazing burgers. Guest guest
Lou, It's not hard to read something as what you want it to be rather than what it is. Elaine specified HEAVY cream, because the more milk fat, the lower the lactose in a dairy product. She did not want us using the lacteeze drops on anything less than heavy cream because the treated dairy can be hard on the liver. Don't know about being " back in the trenches " -- the oncologist says I should start easing back into my normal life style, but it's hard when the gut still hurts, especially at night. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
