Guest guest
What kind of food allergy test did you get? Was it the needles in the back or the one where they draw your blood? deb
Guest guest
Deb, If you are asking me about the allergy tests, it was the rows of needles down the back, years and years ago. What's the new technique? We have one allergist in our valley, and I only want to be tested for food allergies. I don't want the grass, trees, or mold tests. I'm positive on all those. But I want more specific tests done on food groups. "I care not for a man's religion whose dog and cat are not the better for it." Guest guest
Deb, I got the needles scratches done in my arm and then 2 weeks later they injected the allergens under the skin in the arm. It was not at all painful. Loretta > What kind of food allergy test did you get? I wasn't trying to be difficult. I just misunderstood what you were saying. Thanks for explaining! So how did you get your allergies sorted out? -- Patti pattirobinson@... http://www.discoverytoyslink.com/pattirobinson
Guest guest
Well there is another type that isnt always accepted as being medical proof that is being used now. Its associated more with holistic treatment. They take a blood sample and expose the blood to allergens and look for a reaction in the blood. I dont know why its not as accepted but it made sense to me that if your body reacts your blood would also. deb
