Vitamin Question

I need some advice on my vitamins. I'm not scheduled to have my lap wls until

March 27, 2003 but I'm trying to get in the habit of taking vitamins. I was told

that if I also start getting these vitamins in my system then I may not lose my

hair. So today, I went to walmart and got some more vitamins. Can anyone tell

me if I'm missing something or if I'm taking too much? I don't want to overdose

on vitamins if that is possible (Ha Ha)

I take the following vitamins...

1. B-12 (1000mcg)

2. Vitamin C (500mg)

3. Calcium + Vitamin D (600mg)

4. Cider Vinegar (600mg) - Suppose to be good for high blood pressure

5. Folic acid (400mcg)

6. Womens Multivitamin (Calcium 450mg, Iron 27mg, Zinc 15mg)
