Guest guest
Thanks for the feedback. Marilyn Lexington, KY Re: Vitamin Question lap wls - What's this? Is that the stomach surgery thing? My aunt had that and was loosing her hair by the hand fulls. Her doctor told her to take " hair, skin, and nails " . Also, to keep the skin elastic and " snapping back to place " during fast weight loss - protien - lots of protine. For the calcium to be utalized by the body you have to have magnesium along with that vitamin D. Zink is also very important. And don' t forget, along with vitamins you need protien, amino acids, minerals and essential fatty acids. Ang > I need some advice on my vitamins. I'm not scheduled to have my lap wls until March 27, 2003 but I'm trying to get in the habit of taking vitamins. I was told that if I also start getting these vitamins in my system then I may not lose my hair. So today, I went to walmart and got some more vitamins. Can anyone tell me if I'm missing something or if I'm taking too much? I don't want to overdose on vitamins if that is possible (Ha Ha) > > I take the following vitamins... > > 1. B-12 (1000mcg) > 2. Guest guest
Your more than welcome. If you'd like to talk to an 'expert' I can give you a link that will take you to a vitamin place and you can get the e-mail or 1-800 phone #. Ask for - he is absolutely great and loves to help. You can tell him what your needs or reasons are and he will look into it and give you exacts. Also, at that same sight they have most if not all of the stuff you'd need (I find it cheaper to buy my suppliments via internet even after the shipping charges). Another great thing about this place (if you do find something cheaper there than anywhere else and buy it there - you can pick out 3 different get free samples of what ever you want - diet aids, supliments, herbal or mineral ect.) Oh - before I forget - the link.... http://www.allwellco.com/ Ang > Thanks for the feedback. > > Marilyn > Lexington, KY > Re: Vitamin Question > > > lap wls - What's this? > Is that the stomach surgery thing? > My aunt had that and was loosing her hair by the hand fulls.
