Guest guest Posted December 13, 2000 Report Share Posted December 13, 2000 Irene, We were able to gradually wean Max from the continuous nighttime feedings as he was able to tolerate more and more during the day. We kept track of the calories he needed in total, how many he got during the day, and then based his night feedings on what he needed to make up the difference. Eventually he really weaned himself. I don't know if this helps you, though. We kind of made up our own way as we went along.
