It's where they hook small electrodes to your corneas and check for conduction.

Or, they have you look into a boxish sort of thing with little stars that flash here and there and you say if you see them. LOL At least, I think that's the Visual Field Test. If not, someone else will know.

What is a visual field test? I have to go to the optomologist in Jan. and would like a heads up as to what to expect.

I'm sorry that you are getting scary answers. I didn't know you could have both TN and ON, I thought one just turned into the other. That's what I get for thinking!!

I hope all turns out ok with the cardiologist. I know it can be overwhelming especially when you think you want to know and then when you actually get the answers you would rather be back in the dark. Things arent' always easy. Kind of like if you don't know the truth won't hurt you. I had a boss once who constantly used to say,"Be careful what you wish for." That has come back on me soooo many times.

I'll be praying for all good outcomes for you as always.
