well friday i did get lots of walking in also so taht was great

getting on track, saturday just walked a little but at least did

something, did lots of arm things by playing tug of war and other

things with the dog. did great food wise all weekend. didn't do

good with water but it will get better now that i am at work again.

haven't been feeling well today. it was my sisters birthday party of

course i did good with food and now have been drinking water and am

work and taking it easy. hopefully tomorrow will feel better so i

can go walking and possibly go to the gym,but only if i'm feeling

better otherwise i will nto push myself. hope you all are doing good.

welcome to all our new friends here and good luck. we try to be

motivating.

no loss this week but no gain either so that's wonderful. i think

i'm in another plateau and i will bump it up some this week.

I hope you feel better. Listen to your body. Don't force yourself to

workout if you don't feel well. Rest is very important too! Like you

said don't push. Get lots of fluids, take some extra vities and some

rest. Then you can get back at it. Hope you have a happy new years.
