Guest guest
It is a relief to hear that you did not suffer too much discomfort during the procedure. Good thinking on taking the meds beforehand! Wish I would have known when I went through it. Live and learn, right? I hope your results turn out OK. <crossing fingers> ~*Kerrie*~ We are here to do good, help others, then shut up and go HOME!~~Sylvia Brownewww.sylvia.org Update and Thanks First of all, I had my colposcopy done today...and everything looked normal. They did take a biopsy from inside my cervix, and we should find the results out in about a week. It wasn't nearly as bad as I had anticipated either. Not to say it wasn't uncomfortable, but it wasn't unbearable either. I took 2 percocets before I went in, and when I got there, I stuck Salonpas all over my stomach lol Then, I took a soma when I got home, so aside from a bit of cramping, I'm doing okay! Thanks for everyone's continued support, things have been far from easy for me lately, but I've learned to look at my "forced vacation" in a different light. I feel so much better since I don't have to worry about getting to work on time, and physically lasting through my shift. So, I just wanted to say thanks! You guys have helped me out a lot.....one of my best friends recently disappeared, but it wasn't just me she disappeared on, so I try to take some comfort in that...not much though Anyways, thanks "Absence is to love what wind is to fire; it extinguishes the small, it enkindles the great"-Comte DeBussy-Rasputin
