I am processing the request of DOC #2 but the employee handling our case told us that there should not be any problems whatsoever with this claim. Not to mention we are extremely happy:-) Just wanted to let you know the news... " I'm curious as the reason you were initially denied and what documentation you used. Any assistance you can offer will be greatly appreaciated as we are getting ready to purchase band #2.
