Guest guest
Bully, . An excellent review of the mechanisms of peripheral edema and pulmonary edema in CHF. Also excellent discussion of right sided heart failure vs. left sided heart failure. Now, is there anyone left who doesn't understand why albuterol is not indicated for treatment of pulmonary edema? The descriptions of the changes in ECG were pretty abstruse, and before long I'll write an explanation of what you should read from them, unless of course, hopefully, one of you does it for me first. Let's hope. 12-lead stuff may be outside of the interests of many of you, but for those who want to have the best picture of what's happening with their cardiac patients, it's essential. " Perception is reality " - Wise Old Paramedic Re:NATHAN COLLINS TO STAY IN PARAMEDIC SUITE AT LADONIA INN Why thank you. I would like to thank my Paramedic instructor, Neil Coker, my former boss , and all the little people who made this possible. I look forward to the 12 lead explanations as I have lost my interpretation skills over the years. Thanks again Gene for the puzzler.
