what's a spitz? (feeling dumb...)

Goodness! We had a friend who used to do that. Once my

husband and I took a nap after work on a Thursday, and

we were sitting in bed watching TV when she just

walked right in and into our bedroom. Geez!

No problem Amy, *lol* A spitz is an american eskimo dog. She's REALLY furry and all white. They are also called Eskies, and or spitz's. She's Momma's baby. She was a rescue from the pound in Arizona and a gift from Hubby, for when he's gone like this. She's preeeeeeeeeeety. I'd insert a pic..well hell, I'll try. This is her if the pic works. I dunno if you can have attachments in here. *lol*

While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better.Have a nice day everyone.

Thankie Thankie... She's my baby. *lol* They are THE BEST dogs...She lays at my feet virtually all the time, more if I hurt. She sits out here when it's late and I'm yakking away, and she'll get up, pace down the hall, check on the kids, then come back out...then we go out, and Mom yaks some more, then she gets up and paces, paces, and tells me "MOM...It's TIME FOR BED!!" Then I say "alright Hope, Bedtime" and she jumps up, races down the hall and checks on the kids, then lays down next to my side of the bed and goes to sleep. She's SO smart too.....*lol* K..I'll stop now. Her, and my birds, and my kids...and my sexy hubby, I'll never shut up once I get going. *lol*

Lori, sounds like my neighborhood (if you remove the pain in the butt across the street). I have a bad habit of leaving doors unlocked. My feeling is they can have anything they want as long as they leave the dogs and cats alone.

But I be that scared the crap out of you.

I was sitting here in the quiet, finally got my kids down, and I was starting to answer e-mails, and my dog Hope ( she's a spitz and is extremely protective) starts growling ..then I hear a small knock, then Hope starts barking now because the door is opening ( WHY didn't I lock it?? is screaming in my head ) Because NO ONE comes here, and especially not at nearly 9 o'clock....Then in pops of all people, my MOTHERS head!! I was like "are you TRYING to give me a heart attack???" and she says "I wanted to leave you a little cash for the trip ( for gas, do NOT buy cigarettes, or soda, blah blah ) WHY ISNT your DOOR locked?? Omg. *lol* AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA....Mothers. It usually is, but I had just gotten the kids down, and hadn't thought about it yet, I live in a smallllllll town, in a small community, and it's QUIET out here. Now, if I can recover breathing, I am gonna drink some green tea and take a pain pill. *lol*
